Great website to work with time

If your child struggles at all with elapsed time (or you just want to try it for fun), this is a great website to try: http://www.shodor.org/interactivate/activities/ElapsedTime/ 
The "help" tab will explain what to do for the activity if you need it.  Level 1 is to the hour, level 2 is to 5 minute intervals and  level 3 is to the minute.

I'm so glad to see so many followers!  Hopefully something will be sent to you to let you know that I created a new post.  Please let me know if it works that way.  Due to the fact that Blogspot is blocked for the students while here at school, I may have to change to EduBlog instead.  If that happens, I will need to have you follow my blog there instead.  I'll keep you posted.

On a different note, we will NOT be having spelling words this week.  Our next week of spelling will be right after break.  Thanks for all of the practicing you are doing at home.  I had a lot of 90-100% on spelling last week!

I recently took a class that was all based on using technology in the classroom and I decided to start with a blog.  I have all kinds of pictures of your children on my computer but haven't been able to share them with you prior to this.  I'm hoping to get as many parents to subscribe to this blog as I can so you can see those pictures and news that is happening in our class.  Please check back often to find out what's going on!
